I do not like wire ClosetMaid shelves. I just don’t like them. Please, tell me why you like them…
They exist in every closet in my home. They are too tall for my shortness. And they are not able to hold all the weight of the food in my pantry. They do not look good. Here is a photo of my pantry:
So I’m daydreaming of what my pantry could be and could look like. Let the record state that pantry renovations are very difficult to search through on Pinterest! I found these designs on Houzz. Which kitchen pantry inspiration photo is your favorite?

| This pantry has a lot of useful drawers that semi-hide the items, but allow for visual organization. The coffee bar on the counter makes this a functional pantry. Apparently, I only want a cute coffee bar in my pantry 🤭. I also would love to have open shelving, a place for everything, a coffee bar and maybe some roll out shelving. What did you like in these kitchen pantry inspiration photos?
I had a California Closets rep come out to measure the space and talk through what I like and don’t like. I haven’t seen the mockups yet, but I’m not sure if I want to pay a lot for their designs within a pantry – which is a total utilitarian working space. We will see!
