Instructions
- Spray paint both pumpkins black. Let dry.
- On the top of the smaller pumpkin, cut two triangle points (don’t cut off). Bend the plastic upward to look like pointed cat ears.
- On the same pumpkin, cut cat eyes into the face of the cat.
- Glue a tea light on top of the bigger pumpkin, then glue the head onto the body.
Total Cost: $41.10
Honestly, this Halloween DIY didn’t turn out like I thought it would! It was a waste of money and time (and spray paint). The ears won’t stand up and the tea lights I purchased aren’t too bright.
If the DIY works out for you, then these adorable black pumpkin cats are a charming and playful addition to your Halloween decorations. They are sure to delight guests of all ages and add a touch of whimsy to your holiday celebrations.
Happy haunting!
Katie
