Supplies

Instructions

  1. Spray paint both pumpkins black. Let dry.
  2. On the top of the smaller pumpkin, cut two triangle points (don’t cut off). Bend the plastic upward to look like pointed cat ears.
  3. On the same pumpkin, cut cat eyes into the face of the cat.
  4. Glue a tea light on top of the bigger pumpkin, then glue the head onto the body.

Total Cost: $41.10

Honestly, this Halloween DIY didn’t turn out like I thought it would! It was a waste of money and time (and spray paint). The ears won’t stand up and the tea lights I purchased aren’t too bright.

If the DIY works out for you, then these adorable black pumpkin cats are a charming and playful addition to your Halloween decorations. They are sure to delight guests of all ages and add a touch of whimsy to your holiday celebrations.

Happy haunting!
Katie
